It was a pretty busy period crime-wise for Lorton residents. Here's the latest arrest listing from the Fairfax County Police department 

Arrests

• A 37-year-old Lortoner living in the 8100 block of Halley Ct. was arrested for petit larceny on Aug. 10, 2013. 
• A 23-year-old Lorton man living in the 8000 block of Paper Birch Dr. was arrested for reckless driving on Aug. 22, 2013. 
• A 42-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9500 block of Hagel Cir. was arrested for running at large on Aug. 24, 2013. 
• A 29-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9800 block of Hagel. Cir. was arrested petit larceny on Aug. 25, 2013. 
• A 22-year-old Lorton woman living in the 8500 block of Indian Paintbrush Wy. was arrested for removing a shopping cart from a store premises and grand larceny on Aug. 25, 2013. 
• A 23-year-old Lorton man living in the 7600 block of Sheffield Village Ln. was arrested for grand larceny on Aug. 25, 2013. 
• A 21-year-old Lorton man living in the 8900 block of Purple Lilac Cir. was arrested for grand larceny and taking a shopping cart from a sore premises on Aug. 25, 2013. 
• An 18-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7500 block of Woodside Ln. was arrested for petit larceny on Aug. 26, 2013. 
• A 26-year-old Lorton man living in the 10200 block of Gunston Rd. was arrested for driving without a license and driving an uninsured vehicle on Aug. 27, 2013. 
• A 27-year-old Lorton man living in the 7600 block of Stana Ct. was arrested for being drunk in public on Aug. 26, 2013.
