  • Critical Violation: Raw eggs, chicken, cabbage were held in the same walk-in refrigerator as cooked sweet and sour chicken
  • Critical Repeat: Cooked food was kept refrigerated longer than 24 hours (egg rolls) and not thrown out
  • Critical Violation: Raw foods were stored together (chicken, beef, shrimp), which can cause cross contamination
  • Non-Critical Violation: The employee sink was blocked by a trash can (Corrected during inspection)

  • Critical Violation: Slicers were not washed in the food preparation area
  • Critical Violation: Cooked shrimp, roasted pork and cooked chicken were stored at the improper temperature

  • Non-Critical Repeat: Ice bin surfaces were not properly cleaned
