Please research diligently before hiring this company or any company owned by Ed Graves. They have over 20 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and 3 complaints with the Virginia Attorney General's office. Quality Services Moving willfully defrauded us of our valuation coverage of $1186.00 as well as the balance of $4342.00 for damages caused by their improper packing of our household goods - we have been fighting and wasting time with them for 6 months. I hired Quality Services Moving to move our household goods within Virginia. During the move, the owner, Ed Graves, was extremely rude to essentially everyone on site, including my family, and damaged the driveway with his reckless forklift driving.
Upon delivery, we noticed several items excessively damaged and immediately brought it to the attention of the unpackers. Damage was caused by the improper use of industrial moving rubber bands and improper handling/packing during the move- this damage was clearly depicted in photos submitted to them with our claim. The claims dept has done nothing to try to resolve this claim other than deny and flat out lie about the damages even when shown the facts to the Better Business Bureau, to include their own discrepancies in the inventory made by their staff. The bottom line is QS Moving willfully defrauded us of our coverage fee and refuses to repair, replace, or refund what is due to us, which is $4342.00 for damages they caused and cannot repair.
