Have had nothing but quick response and with a personal touch. I actually get to talk to a real person when I call for service. I like the fact that I don't have to wait long for service. Most companies put you on a list and make you wait days before coming out. I feel like I have a personal friend on my side when I call on Lander's for service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Never heard of Sally Smith. We have no customers by the name of Smith. The company is owned by one person. I have a feeling you work for the competitor and must spend your time trashing other companies because you work. I have not had one complaint in the last 3 years. The next time you are trashing us why don't you pick up the phone. Only a stupid person would not call the office back if there is or was a problem. I have checked all our records and we have not done any business with a Sally Smith so I think your complaint is laughable, as well as dishonest like most of the companies we go behind, that tell little old ladies they will die if they do not replace their system and then we go to find out the flame sensor is the only problem. Given the date on your email I believe you must work for the company that wanted to replace her system. Your truck showed up while we were trying to convince her she would not die,with a system you wanted 8 grand for. By the way we replaced that system for 5 sorry to stop your scam.

The work was poor...The owners are low class and rude. They must stay in business by ripping off first timers.
