Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of
Pohick Bay Golf Course and the
50th Anniversary of The Arc of Northern Virginia

Tournament Information:

• Date: Monday, June 25th
• Time: 9:00 AM, Shotgun Start, Please arrive no later than 8AM
• Format:  Scramble, Captain’s Choice
• Cost: $360 per foursome, includes cart, range balls, gift bag, catered breakfast and lunch.
• Registration due by May 25th, 2012, and can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. Please mail to the address listed below. Credit card orders may be completed via fax or telephone.
  • If the event is cancelled due to weather or other events, your fee will be refunded less $15 donation to The Arc.
  • If cancellation is made with at least a 48 hour notice, 50% of entry fee will be returned.
  • If the foursome is a no-show, no refund will be made.

• Payment required at time of reservation.
