Are you ready for school? Get out your calendar, because the bell is about to ring!
School is nearly back in session. Are you ready?
Starting this month, Lorton schools will hold open houses for parents and students. You'll find that all Fairfax County Public Schools do these sorts of things - mostly to prepare everyone for the realities of the coming school year.
School officially starts on Sept. 4.

Aug. 30*3:30-4:15 p.m. (Last names A-M)
4:15-5 p.m. (Last names N-Z)

Aug. 30** 8:30-10:30 a.m. Aug. 318:15-10:15 a.m. (For students and parents)
*A meeting for Kindergarten parents will be held from 4-4:30 p.m. during the Open House.
** Formally known as the Mustang Round-up, this event allows no parents, and students spend five minutes at each class.
