Free Lunch for Local Realtors

Silverbrook Nursery & Landscaping invites you to a free lunch for local realtors on Tuesday June 19th from 1130am-1pm. As part of our community appreciation for local businesses in the area, we would like to share a meal with you and share ideas on how you can help your clients maximize curb appeal for their homes.

We mostly work with homes in some of the most attractive neighborhoods in the area -- Crosspointe, Barrington, Laurel Hill, South Run, South Run Oaks, Roseland, & Newington Forests. A beautiful yard is a head-turner, no doubt about it. Real estate appraisers have several categories for design and appeal -- a poorly maintained yard can be as much as a 5-10% deduction.

Silverbrook Nursery & Landscaping will offer some free tips on improving curbside appeal and discounts for you and your clients to add to the appeal of their property and help it sell quicker.
