First Place 4 Health will hold Orientation on Tuesday September 13. All are welcome to come. For this session, Fruits of the Spirit will be the bible study book used. Classes will meet on Tuesdays 7-8pm. If weight loss component is desired by participants they can stay an additional 15 minutes. The main focus, however, is Bible study with some health information added to each lesson.
