ASVAB Career Exploration Test

Juniors and Seniors who are interested in taking the ASVAB career exploration test please sign up in the Career Center in December. The test will be given on Friday, January 7, 2011. The ASVAB is a career exploration test for all students who would like to discover more information about themselves. The ASVAB test scores also establish if a student can enlist in a military service, and what job he/she qualifies for if the student is considering the military. The ASVAB measures aptitudes that are related to success in different kinds of jobs. The ASVAB consists of the following eight individual tests: Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension, Mathematics Knowledge, Arithmetic Reasoning, General Science, Mechanical Comprehension, Electronics Information and Auto and Shop Information..
