Lorton Arrests: Trespassing, Driving Without a License and Assault

The following list of arrests was provided by the Fairfax County Police Department. An arrest does not indicate guilt or a conviction. 

Arrests

• A 23-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7800 block of Lewis Chapel Circle was arrested for driving without a license (a second offense) on May 16, 2013. 
• A 28-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7300 block of Rhonda Drive was arrested for driving without a license on May 16, 2013. 
• A 24-year-old Lorton woman living in the 8100 block of McCauley Way was arrested for driving without a license on May 16, 2013. 
• An 18-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9500 block of Unity Lane was arrested for driving without a license on May 16 2013. 
• A 26-year-old Lorton resident living in the 7300 block of Ardglass Dr. was arrested for driving an uninsured vehicle and driving without a license on May 16. 
• A 31-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7400 block of Whernside St. was arrested for petit larceny on May 17, 2013. 
• A 52-year-old Lorton man living in the 8300 block of Bluebird Way was arrested for driving while intoxicated (a second offense within 10 years) on May 17, 2013. 
• A 49-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7400 block of Whernside St. was arrested for petit larceny on May 17, 2013. 
• A 33-year-old Lorton man living in the 9700 block of Hagel Circle was arrested for driving without a license on May 17, 2013.                   
• A 38-year-old Lorton man was arrested May 18 for assaulting a family member, violating a protective order for the second time, annoying ringing and obstruction of justice. The suspect lives in the 8100 block of McCauley Way.
• A 25-year-old Lorton man living in the 9200 block of Heather Ridge Ct. was arrested for dumping trash on private property on May 18, 2013. 
• A 28-year-old Lorton man living in the 7800 block of Lewis Chapel Circle was arrested for assault (misdemeanor) on May 19. 
• A 40-year-old Lorton man living in the 9200 block of Blu Steel Way was arrested for driving without a license on May 19, 2013. 
• A 23-year-old Lorton man living in the 9800 block of Hagel Circle was arrested for driving without a license on May 20, 2013.
• A 45-year-old Lorton man living in the 7500 block of Pollen Street was arrested for driving without a license on May 20, 2013.
• A 32-year-old Lorton man living in the 9800 block of Hagle Circle was arrested for driving without a license on May 20, 2013.              
• A 40-year-old Lorton resident living in the 9500 block of 5th Pl. was arrested for driving without a license on May 20, 2013.  
• An 18-year-old Lorton man living in the 8400 block of Sego Lily Ct. was arrested for trespassing and possession of alcohol on May 20, 2013.                                  
• A 21-year-old Lorton man living in the 8100 block of Old Pohick Road was arrested for driving without a license on May 22, 2013.
