A Fairfax man was charged by Fairfax County Fire and Rescue in connection with an August 4th fire at 9248 Ashland Woods Lane. Kevin Court faces five charges relating to the blaze, including setting fire to a house. Court has a hearing set for January 3 in Fairfax County District Court.
Elsewhere in Lorton, a pair of vehicles were stolen. A 2002 Toyota Corolla was taken from the 8400 block of Jovin Circle and a 1996 Jeep was taken from the 9800 block of Hagel Circle.
Also, tools were stolen from as vehicle on the 8900 block of Benham Street and a license plate was stolen from a car in the 8500 block of Terminal Road.
