Lorton Arrests: Grand Larceny, Embezzlement and Assaulting a Family Member

The following weekly list of arrests was provided by the Fairfax County Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Arrests

• An 18-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9200 block of Treasure Oak Ct. was arrested for grand larceny on Aug. 1, 2013. 
• A 50-year-old Lorton man living in the 8300 block of Stationhouse Ct. was arrested for allowing a person with no legal right to drive his vehicle on Aug. 2, 2013. 
• A 42-year-old Lorton man living in the 11300 block of Gunston Rd. was arrested for possessing up to a half-ounce to five pounds of marijuana and selling marijuana on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• A 44-year-old Lorton woman living  in the 10800 block of Belmont Blvd. was arrested for assaulting a family member on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• A 28-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9800 block of Hagel Cir. was arrested for shoplifting more than $200 with of goods on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• An 18-year-old Lorton man living in the 9800 block of Hagel Cir. was arrested for embezzlement on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• A 21-year-old Lorton man living in the 7600 block of Sheffield Village was arrested for drinking while driving on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• A 26-year-old Lorton man living in the 9700 block of Hagel Cir. was arrested for driving on a revoked license on Aug. 3, 2013. 
• A 32-year-old Lorton man living in the 7500 block of Woodside Ln. was arrested for driving on a revoked license on Aug. 4, 2013. 
• A 31-year-old Lorton man living in the 8900 block of Harrover was charged with having an unvaccinated dog on Aug. 5, 2013.
