Lorton Arrests: Assaulting a Family Member, Driving Without a License and Failing to Appear in Court

Here's the weekly arrest report.

A 20-year-old Lortoner living in the 8100 block of American Holly Road was arrested for assaulting a family member and obstruction of justice with threats of force on May 3, 2013.                                                                                           

The following list of arrests in the Lorton and Fairfax Station-areas has been provided by the Fairfax County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction: 

  • A 47-year-old Lorton man living in the 9100 block of Stonegarden Drive was arrested on May 2 for driving without a license. 
  • A 31-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9200 block of Gilmore dr. was arrested on May 3 for driving without a license. 
  • A 42-year-old Lorton woman living in the 9600 block of Franklin Woods Place was charged with owning an unvaccinated dog on May 3, 2013. 
  • A 34-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7400 block of Pohick Road was arrested on May 4 for driving without a license. 
  • A 51-year-old Lorton man living in the 9500 block of Hagel Circle was arrested on May 5 for driving without a license. 
  • A 44-year-old Lorton man living in the 8200 block of Catbird Circle was arrested on May 5 for assaulting a family member. 
  • A 19-year-old Lorton man living in the 7600 block of Stana Court was arrested on May 6 for not approaching a stopped emergency vehicle with caution.                    
  • A 27-year-old Lorton man living in the 7800 block of Lewis Chapel Circle was arrested for failing to appear in court on May 6, 2013. 
  • A 25-year-old Lorton woman living in the 7500 block of Woodside Lane was arrested for driving without insurance and without a license on May 6, 2013.
