An Alexandria couple is hoping to raise money for an adoption.
Kristin Anderson and her husband are hoping to adopt a child and want to rase $30,000 to go toward adoption fees, according to their GoFundMe page.
GoFundMe is similar to the fundraising site Kickstarter, except that participants are raising money for personal causes and life events.
