Author Jeff Yeager Presents, "Finding Wholesale Happiness in a Retail World" at Lorton Library

Author, environmentalist, and TV comentator, Jeff Yeager will present a humorous look at how to live well in a down economy. Dubbed the Ultimate Cheapskate by Matt Lauer of the morning show on TV, Jeff will share his tricks and tips for "Finding Wholesale Happiness in a Retail World".  His books,  including "How to Retire the Cheapskate Way" and "The Ultimate Cheapskate's Road to True Riches",  will be available for purchase and signing.

With his offbeat humor and unconventional style, Mr. Yeager brings a unique perspective to personal finance.  Demonstrating a proven aptitude for thrift and environmentalism he instructs audiences on not only surviving but thriving on even the most modest of means.

Recently, Mr. Yeager focused on wise retirement living within a tight budget. In his words, “Living on less is a good thing to do. It’s the only financial advice that works for almost everyone. It’s about a quality of life you cannot buy, a sense of satisfaction you cannot fake, and an appreciation for others that gives life value. It’s also about helping save the planet and sharing with those in need. Living on less can be funny, but it’s not a joke.”
