This will be a teaching retreat on Abbess Hildegard of Bingen. Hildegard was a German Benedictine abbess, magistra, composer, healer and author, and one of the first female composers whose works are still intact.  In an era where few women were allowed and able to read and write, Hildegard wrote songs, poems, theological text and medicinal guides and even invented her own alphabet.

Cost is $35.  Lunch is included.

Very interesting article! I would only correct Rob's math--a posted speed limit of 160 kilometersRead More per hour is equal to 99 miles per hour, not 80. And 220 km/hr equals 136 mph--no wonder his knuckles were white,

Yes, did not do the conversion correctly. When on the road, I just use the 50% figure for a roughRead More estimate. 136 was not too much fun! Thanks,
