Police Blotter - Pizza Delivery Man Robbed

Reported crime in Lorton from April 28 - May 4

On Wednesday, May 4 two men robbed a 20 year-old man of his cell phone and wallet near Richmond Highway and Dutchman Drive. Both suspects are thought to be juveniles. One was described as white, possibly Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds, wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.The second suspect was described as black, about 16 or 17 years old, 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, wearing a blue and red basketball shirt and shorts. The victim did not require medical assistance.

Also on Wednesday a pizza delivery man was robbed by three men at around 9:50 in the evening in the 9800 block of Hagel Circle.

One of the suspects, described as 5’7”, 200 pounds and black, was carrying a baseball bat and threatened the delivery man, demanding his cash and the pizza. After the victim complied, the suspects fled. The suspect with the baseball bat was wearing a gray jacket and black pants and thought to be approximately 25 years of age. The other two suspects were described as Hispanic. The victim was not injured.

A safe was taken from a home in the 7800 block of Newington Woods Drive.

Tools were stolen from a vehicle at the corner of Silverdale Road and Kenosha Court.
