VDOT is currently beginning their spring maintenance. Most roads in Virginia get up to three cycles of mowing during the year but VDOT could increase that amount if there are dangerous situations, such as blocked sight distance. You’ll notice VDOT maintenance crews and contractors working next to the roadways during the next couple of weeks.
