Rock the Quad with Sixth Generation this Saturday, October 6!
Sixth Generation is not your average grandpa band.
“Picture your grandpa doing this” is the quick announcement just before the 1960s rock and roll legend from Michigan launches into a rousing rendition of Jimi Hendrix’s Foxy Lady during their non-stop two-hour show. If you love classic rock, you will need to be here this Saturday for their CD release event. Their album “THAT WAS…THIS IS” will be released for the first time anywhere here at the Workhouse.

This outdoor concert will be perfect for fans of all ages, promising an evening of crisp fall air and music that the whole family can rock out to. Sixth Generation’s show will have it all—from remakes of 1960s classic hits to originals that will bring you back to an era of great music. The sounds of Sixth Generation recall fond memories for the baby boomer generation and a touch of nostalgia for those who were around in 60s. No matter your age or musical preference, you won’t be able to stop yourself from jumping up and dancing along with all the energy happening onstage.
