TRAINING FOR TURKEYS FITNESS PROGRAM at METROPOLITAN SCHOOL of the ARTS STUDIOS; Childcare Available

With the holidays approaching, eating and indulging is top-of-mind for most, but The Metropolitan School of the Arts (MSA) Studio in Alexandria, Va. has started its Training for Turkey adult fitness program now through Nov. 28, offering unlimited adult fitness classes for $50.  MSA will even host a special Thanksgiving Day MetroBarre and Yoga Class on Thurs., Nov. 28 to bring in the holiday. And for all those moms, childcare is available at both studios for all 9:30 a.m. classes, Monday through Friday. Cost is $2 per child. “We all love enjoying those special, traditional holiday foods that we come to love every November and December, but our studios wanted to design a program that you can love your favorite dishes and also take care of yourself during the hectic, holiday season,” said Melissa Dobbs, founder and president of Metropolitan School of the Arts of Alexandria and Lorton, Va.

Metropolitan School of the Arts’ classes are conducted on a drop-in basis and have limited space, so advance online registration is recommended. Availability is subject to class size restrictions and not applicable to Social Dance Series classes. Metropolitan School of the Arts class cards currently in use will be automatically saved in the system and re-activated after the Training for Turkey package has expired.
