  • Non-Critical: No Smoking signs were not posted in the restaurant. 
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): A food employee was observed not washing their hands before preparing food.

  • Critical: An employee health policy manual was not present at the restaurant. 
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): Food was left unwrapped in a prep cooler
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): Utensils were soiled to sight and touch. 
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): Rice was being kept at an improper temperature. 
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): The following food was not discarded after 24 hours: samosas,cooked chicken, cooked spinach, cooked chick peas, cooked goat meat
  • Critical (Corrected During Inspection): Toxic cleaning solutions were not labeled on their containers. 
  • Non-Critical Repeat: An employee hand washing sink was blocked from use. 
  • Non-Critical: The floor, walls and drains under the hand sink were observed with food, dust and dirt. 
  • Non-Critical: No Smoking signs are not posted. 
  • Non-Critical: There was no test kit located for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions
