Pressing Forward: Lorton's Crossfit Liberation Opening Sister Gym in Kingstowne

They're adding a location in Kingstowne.

Lorton's CrossFit Liberation is expanding!

This November, you'll be able to participate in high intensity workouts at the new 6,400-square-foot Crossfit Kingstowne space at 652 S. Pickett St. - about a block away from the Van Dorn Metro Station.

Gym owner Carrie Satterlee spread the word to her athletes via email:

"We have several more years on our existing lease, and nothing will change at the Lorton Station location regarding the classes, coaching staff, and/or programs or services we offer," wrote Carrie. "Basically your membership now provides you access to more programs and services which also means more class times!"

The location is currently being built out. You may remember it as the former home of the Shenandoah Brewing Company. The building will allow Crossfit Liberation to offer more specialized programs, like formal Olympic lifting, a mobility class and yoga and heavy lifting classes.
