Visit the Fairfax Co. Animal Shelter for "Black-Fur Day"
Get some deals on pet adoptions Friday.
The Fairfax County Animal Shelter is going to participate in “Black Fur-Day.”
On Friday, fees will be waived on adoptions of all black and mostly black dogs and cats. According to the shelter, darker colored animals take longer to adopt so the shelter is offering this special promotion to bring them some attention.
The shelter will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 4500 West Ox Road in Fairfax.
