If you're up for some treasure hunting this weekend, several neighborhood yard and moving sales are scheduled. Here's a round-up of what we found:
The Crosspointe Community yard sale at 9100 Meadowcreek Lane in Lorton will be held from 8 a.m. to noon. The sale will feature furniture, exercise equipment, toys, girls clothes, tools and plants.
A yard sale will be held at 10025 Old Colchester Road in Lorton on Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. The sale will feature metalworking machinery, tools and gadgets.
The Barrington Community is holding a yard sale with all the trimmings. The sale will be held at the corner of Route 123 (Ox Road) and Silverbrook Road. The sale is one of the biggest in Fairfax County.
