Here are some fun things to do in the Lorton area this weekend

It's the weekend and you're looking for fun things to do. Patch can help with our top picks for activities in the Lorton area.

When: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Occoquan Regional Park, 9751 Ox Road, Lorton
What: Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day features workshops led by author Dorothy Morrison, games, children’s activities and crafts. Sponsored by the Pagan Pride Project, which is dedicated to advancing religion and eliminating prejudice and discrimination based on religious beliefs.
Cost: Free but bring money to shop the vendors.

When: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Pohick Church, 9301 Richmond Highway, Lorton
What: The Pohick Church has been putting on its Country Fair since 1944 to welcome the local community for a day of fun and relaxation. There will be a moon bounce, games, a Civil War encampment, entertainment, a visit from George Washington, even a turkey shoot. Church members will make apple butter and roast a pig for lunch.
Cost: Free but bring money to shop at the various booths staffed by church members.

When: Saturday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Paradise Springs Winery, 13219 Yates Ford Road, Clifton
What: Enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the paintings of artist Richard Russo to the sounds of the Take Four Jazz Quartet.
Cost: Free to look and listen but bring money if you want to drink.

When: Sunday, 8 a.m.
Where: Burke Lake Park, 7315 Ox Road, Fairfax Station
What: Support the Wounded Warrior Project and run, jog or walk around Burke Lake Park to raise money to help wounded soldiers.
Cost: $35 if you register online or $40 day of run.
