Adaptive Reuse at Laurel Hill, a New Monopole and a Noise Analysis Report on the I-95 HOT Lanes Project

Here's the South County Federation meeting agenda.

There are a number of important items up for discussion at the South County Federation meeting on Tues. Oct. 8. The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the South County High School media room.

The Agenda

1. There will be a presentation by Fairfax County’s Chris Caperton, Leanna O'Donnell and Greg Riegle on the Adaptive Reuse Area rezoning at Laurel Hill.

2. There will be a presentation by Frank W. Stearns, with Donohue & Stearns, PLC, on the Verizon Wireless 2232 application for a ten-foot extension of the existing monopole at Lockport Pl. This ten foot extension request replaces the prior request for a new 110’ monopole at Public Storage at 7685 Pohick Road.

3. The Virginia Department of Transportation will make a brief presentation on the I-95 Express Lanes Project. There will be a briefing on the Noise Analysis Report for Segments I-III, which spans from the Springfield Interchange (I-495/I-395/I-95) to Garrisonville Road (Route 610) in Stafford County, has been finalized.
