The small shop was home to Parcel Plus for over a decade, and is next door to the Seoul Taekwondo Academy.  The landlord didn't get back to us, so the square footage of the space remains in question. There's a new open space in Lorton. The 1,600 by 2,995 square-foot space at 9000-K Lorton Station Blvd. is empty and available. The space was previously the Dollin' It Up Spa. The space is located in the Lorton Station Town Center, and its neighbors are CrossFit Liberation and Vocelli Pizza. There's an open storefront at 8971 Ox Rd., suite 170. The 1,200 square foot space at the Shoppes of Lorton Valley is between a jewelry shop and a realtor, and can't be used as a restaurant, according to the landlord. 

There's an open spot in Lorton at 7778 Gunston Plaza Dr., and according to the poster on the window it looks like a great place for a restaurant. The 2,240 square foot location used to be a flooring company with a showroom. It is located between Gunston Flowers and the Lorton Barber Shop.
