Visions for Vacancies: 9447 Lorton Market St.
What do you want to see here? Take our poll!
There's a new open space in Lorton. The 2,995 square-foot space at 9447 Lorton Market St. is empty and available.
Its neighbors are Z Pizza, Glory Days Grill and Tokyo One Japanese Steak & Seafood and Back in Motion Physical Therapy.
So, what do you want to see at 9447 Lorton Market St.? Take our Patch poll and tell us in the comments!
Correction: Patch originally indicated that Back in Motion had closed, but it has not. We regret the error.

Back in Motion Physical Therapy has not and is not moving out of their location there. They remain at 9447-B Lorton Market St. #250... and they are the best PT office in Northern Virginia!

I would like to see a Micro-Brewery/German restaurant.

Yep - totally right! Back In Motion is still there and is occupying the second floor! The first floor is open.

How about Trader Joe's. We need a Trader Joe's in the Lorton area. Isn't there a Caribou Coffee right there already? Why even include a coffee shop?

A medical marijuana dispensary would be great, although perhaps ahead of its time for Virginia. Second choice is a nice breakfast restaurant.

Whatever goes into the empty store space, should be carefully thought out. I don't see much real activity in any of the places, except for Glory Days which at least draws customers for an evening meal and perhaps to stay for the sports bar doings. I believe that the ice cream place lost. It is the second of that kind to depart Gone are the days of inexpensive ice cream. Now it is an expensive treat.

I would love to see a Five Guys. Failing that, I agree with above commenters that we need a nice pancake/omelette place.

A place for Medical Marjuana would be nice, or a book store.

I think you opened your mouth too widely, Gabe.
