There's an open storefront at 8971 Ox Rd., suite 170. The 1,200 square foot space at the Shoppes of Lorton Valley is between a jewelry shop and a realtor, and can't be used as a restaurant, according to the landlord.

Shoe repair if combined with a talented tailor/seamstress and/or someone who does monogramming/embroidery. A fitness studio (something like Curves) would be nice as well, but 1,200 sq ft is too small for that.
