Growing up isn't so hard if you're a client of Dollin It Up Kids Spa in Lorton Station. The spa was packed for a birthday party on Friday, June 24, and owner Brenda Rose (buffer in right hand moving deftly) conversed with her clients about Justin Beiber and biting their nails. After a few minutes it was unanimous and the radio station was changed and Justin Beiber was heard no more.
