Today, Lorton's Tiger Den Martial Arts  held a board-breaking seminar. How could we stay away? There's nothing like the thrill of punching and kicking slats of wood and moving up a belt in the Tae Kwon Do heirarchy. 

With eight locations in the region, the school teaches kids and adults about self defense with a disciplined mix of kicks, nun-chucks and safety. 

Tiger Den has been in its current location, 9415 Lorton Market Street, for more than a year and is run by Master Jay Kim.
